I had a pretty good experience at this hotel overall. The rooms were spacious enough for my kids to play, and I loved the direct access to Pacific Place Mall, which made dining and shopping super convenient. However, the service could use some improvement since I noticed some missed cleaning spots, and they only cleaned our room late in the day. That said, the price felt reasonable for the amenities offered.
